Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and downloads of digital content (e.g., workflows, templates, scripts, LoRAs) offered through the Ko-fi platform.

§ 2 Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of digital content in electronic form. No physical goods are shipped.

§ 3 Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for private and internal business purposes.

The following is not permitted:

• Distribution or sale to third parties
• Publication or making publicly accessible
• Uploading to download platforms or forums
• Use to create competing products

Modifications to the content are only permitted for personal use.

§ 3a Special Provisions for LoRAs

LoRAs offered by me are trained exclusively with models that explicitly allow commercial use (e.g., Flux1 S).

With the purchase of a LoRA, the buyer receives:

• an unlimited duration
• commercial
• unrestricted right of use

There is no restriction on the type of use.

§ 4 Prices and VAT

All prices shown are final prices. No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business regulation).

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

(1) General Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless otherwise provided by law.

(2) Digital Content (Downloads, LoRAs, Webinars)

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once:

• the performance of the contract has begun (e.g., download, access, or activation) and
• the buyer has expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance.

This applies in particular to:

• LoRA models
• digital workflows, templates
• webinars, online training, and recorded courses

By purchasing these products, the buyer expressly agrees to the early expiration of the right of withdrawal.

(3) Memberships with Credit System

I offer paid memberships where the user receives a fixed quota of credits monthly.

• The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the user has partially or fully used the credits provided.
• Cancellation of the membership is possible at any time but only takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• Already used credits cannot be refunded.

(4) Additionally Purchased Credits

Additionally purchased credits (outside of a membership):

• can only be refunded if they have not yet been used.
• Once even part of the credits has been used, a refund is excluded.

(5) Exclusion of Refunds Upon Use

A refund is excluded if:

• digital content has already been downloaded or used,
• credits have been fully or partially consumed,
• webinars have already been activated or conducted.

(6) Withdrawal Declaration

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email):

§ 6 Usage Guidelines

The use of the content is permitted exclusively for legal, age-appropriate, and ethical purposes.

Use for the following is prohibited:

• pornographic or sexualized content
• depictions of minors
• content glorifying violence, extremist, or discriminatory content
• other illegal content

Violations will result in immediate blocking without refund.

§ 7 Liability

I assume no liability for damages caused by improper, unlawful, or abusive use of the content.

§ 8 Final Provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
